From a seller in China to your hands in Ghana.
Six steps, and you only do the first three. Here's exactly what happens to your goods, and when you pay.
- Step 1
Register and get your shipping mark
Create an account with your name and phone number. We generate a short shipping mark, like KC7H2K, that belongs only to you.
- Step 2
Send your supplier our address and your mark
Your account shows the Guangzhou warehouse address. Copy it to your supplier along with your mark, and ask them to write the mark on the outside of every carton.
What to tell your supplierPlease ship to the King Cargo warehouse address I've sent you. Write my mark KC7H2K clearly on the outside of every carton.
- Step 3
Pre-alert us when it ships
When your seller dispatches, add a pre-alert in your account with the seller's tracking number and what's inside. The warehouse then knows to expect it, and which service you want.
- Step 4
We receive, weigh or measure, and invoice
The warehouse matches the carton to your mark and logs it. Air goods are weighed, sea goods are measured in cubic metres.
Your invoice appears in your account in dollars and cedis. The price is locked at that moment.
- Step 5
Your goods travel to Ghana
Air parcels are packed into 32 kg master cartons and fly from Guangzhou to Accra: 7–10 days for Normal, 2–3 days for Express.
Sea cargo sails to Tema port in 45–60 days.
- Step 6
Pay and collect
When your goods arrive, pay any balance and pick them up from our Accra office, or book delivery to your address.
Paying is simple.
Every invoice shows dollars and cedis at the office rate of $1 = GHS 13. Every payment shows up on your statement.
